1. Who we are#
aurian.app (the Site) is run by Aurian AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17353375, registered office Merewood, High Street, Wallcrouch, Wadhurst, East Sussex TN5 7JT, Aurian AI Ltd is not VAT registered at the date of these terms. Email hello@aurian.app.
2. Using the Site#
2.1 By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2.2 You may browse the Site, book a demo, apply to partner, use the calculators and tools we publish, and contact us. You must not: copy, scrape or republish the Site's content for commercial use; attempt to access parts of the Site or systems you are not authorised to; use automated tools to extract data from the Site other than search-engine indexing; introduce malware; or use the Site to send anything unlawful.
2.3 We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
2.4 Where you submit information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to give it to us. Our Privacy and Cookies Notice explains how we use it.
3. Our content#
The text, design, brand, images, software and other content on the Site belong to Aurian AI Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. AURIAN and the Aurian logo are our trade marks (unregistered). Customer names and logos appear with their permission and belong to them. You may print or download extracts for your own reference, keeping our notices intact, but not for commercial use without our written consent.
4. What the Site says about the Service#
Descriptions of the Aurian software service (the Service) on the Site are for information and are not an offer. Features, tiers and prices may change. The Service is provided to customers only under the Aurian Customer Agreement, and only that agreement is binding. Any figures we publish about time saved or revenue recovered are illustrative or drawn from named case studies and are not a promise of results for your firm.
5. Prices#
Published prices exclude VAT and may change. A price you are quoted on a signed Order Form is governed by that Order Form, including any cohort lock. Published prices are the prices; we do not offer discounts.
6. Portals#
If you are a client, investor, lender or buyer of a firm that uses Aurian, and you open a portal through a link that firm sent you, the portal is provided by us on that firm's behalf. The firm is responsible for the content of the portal and for how it uses your data; our Privacy and Cookies Notice explains our role. Keep the link private; anyone with the link can view the portal. If you think a link has been shared wrongly, tell the firm or email hello@aurian.app and we will rotate it.
7. Partner links and referral cookies#
Some visitors arrive through a partner's or customer's referral link. With your consent, a first-party cookie records the referral code for 30 days so the partner is credited if you become a customer. It records nothing else about you, and if you decline it you can still name your referrer when you book a demo. The Privacy and Cookies Notice has the details.
8. Links to other sites#
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Liability#
9.1 We provide the Site as it is and do not warrant that it will be available, accurate or free of errors.
9.2 We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you use the Site in the course of business, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits the Aurian Customer Agreement for customers, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer where you are one.
10. Changes#
We may update these terms by posting the new version here. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
11. Law#
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings there.
